Our NEW RANGE of Chindi rugs, all hand made in India from recycled jute and cotton and are a pure delight.
(Just quietly I think I'm obsessed with them!)
 
Size - 1.8m

Care Instructions - We suggest to spot clean these Chindi rugs, they are not to be put ina a washing machine, this rug is intended for indoor purposes only
 
 
Each mat weighs approx 3.5kg for the 4ft or 1.2m rug, 8kg for the 6ft or 1.8m rug and 22kg for the 9ft or 3m rug. Quality is second to none.
 
Perfect to brighten up a dull space, add to a kids bedroom or playroom, great for group and circle time at Kindy and may even be idea for my winter time reading corner too!

Please see a brief description of the manufacturing process of our Chindi rugs -

Step 1:- First we purchase Cotton Rags/Chindi from garment and home furnishing mills.

Step 2:- We start making rope of those rags by hands.

Step 3:- Our Chindi Rope Hanks are Ready.

Step 4:- Bulk Chindi Rope is going to our factory from villages. Our Vehicle collects this chindi rope from different different villages on a daily basis.

Step 5:- Then we start braiding(Weaving) them into a rug in our required shape and sizes.

Step 6:- After making Rugs we do Clipping and Finishing on it.

Step 7:- After Finishing with the help of Air blower we removes all dirt’s and clipping rags on it.

Step 8:- We roll it in a card board tube for packing strength of Rug.
